Christopher Emrys

Christopher Emrys was a middle school student when he read Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion, and it was this experience that was pivotal in his journey to becoming a published writer. As with those classics, crafting worlds and histories in his books and leaving little breadcrumbs of connections between stories is what drives Emrys as he writes.

The Wanderer’s Notebook is Christopher’s interconnected series of short stories combining sci-fi, fantasy, and horror elements. Before he puts pen to paper, so to speak, he envisions the stories playing out as a movie in his head and his ideas grow from there. Christopher believes a great book is one where the worlds and characters interact in a way that is seamless. He hopes his readers come away from his stories encouraged with curiosity and imagination and that this stays with them long after the book is closed.

Christopher is currently working on a new series for next year in addition to The Wanderer’s Notebook which currently consists of three volumes with additional stories on the way.
