Polaris Press Books

Polaris Press Books is a small independent publisher founded in 2024 by illustrator Lorelei Shannon and writer Alyssa Delehoy. Lorelei and Alyssa have been best friends and creative partners since 2014, and both graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2018. They are a part of the Autistic, ADHD and Disabled/Chronic Illness communities. Lorelei has a BFA in Sequential Art, is a huge fan of all things sci-fi, and is constantly looking for ways to improve her craft and promote book ideas through social media. Alyssa is a self-taught writer who has attended the Colorado Christian Writers Conference for several years and enjoys delving into extensive research to bring authenticity into her stories.
